ICBC acknowledged that the record for the 2007 Revenue Requirements Application was closed. However, it was bringing this matter to the attention of the Commission and Intervenors for accuracy and future reference. In its letter of September 18, 2007 (Exhibit A-18) the Commission had sought comments from Intervenors who object to re-opening the record solely for the purpose of filing the errata. The Commission received two responses: NW Insurance Brokers Ltd. (“NW Insurance”) and Mr. Russell Sykes. NW Insurance objects to filing of any errata. Mr. Sykes does not object to opening the record. No other objections were received. After considering the comments received and the information filed in the errata, the Commission Panel is reopening the record solely for the purpose of filing the errata to correct the record. The errata for 2007.2 RR IBC.83.1 is marked as Exhibit B-27. The comments by NW Insurance and Mr. Sykes are marked as Exhibit C14-2 and Exhibit C7-12, respectively. Yours truly, Original signed by: Erica M. Hamilton cc: Registered Intervenors PF/ICBC_2007RR/A-19_ICBC_IR_Errata_Accepted
