Kelsey, Commissioner P.E. Vivian, Commissioner September 20, 2007 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On September 12, 2007 Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) proposed a regulatory timetable for its 2007 Settlement Update Meeting that included a filing of Settlement Update Materials by October 5, 2007, a Settlement Update Meeting on November 13, 2007 and an anticipated Commission Decision by December 7, 2007; and B. Commission Order No. G-126-05 approved for TGVI the Negotiated Settlement Agreement for the 2006-2007 Revenue Requirements. Subsequently, Commission Order No. G-34-07 approved a two-year extension of the 2006-2007 Revenue Requirement Negotiated Settlement Agreement terms for 2008 and 2009; and C. The terms of the-two year extension includes continuation of the annual Settlement Update Meeting; and D. TVGI has also considered the timetable for the Terasen Gas Inc. (“TGI”) 2007 Annual Review, recognizing that many TGI Annual Review stakeholders will be involved in both processes. TGI and TGVI propose a combined timetable and a joint TGI 2007 Annual Review / TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting; and E. The Commission has reviewed the TGVI submission and considers that the establishment of a regulatory timetable for the TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission will hold the TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting to review TGVI’s operations through 2007 and 2008 Revenue Requirement Material commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 in the Commission Hearing Room, 12 th Floor - 1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. The TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting will be held jointly with the TGI 2007 Annual Review. . . . /2

No later than Friday, October 5, 2007, TGVI is to provide interested parties and the Commission with advance information regarding the projections and forecasts to be presented at the TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting. TGVI is to provide copies of the Settlement Update Materials to all parties who participated in the 2006-2007 Revenue Requirements Negotiated Settlement process, 2006 Settlement Update Meeting and/or Extension of the 2006-2007 Negotiated Settlement Agreement Terms for 2008-2009. 3. Those persons wishing to participate in the TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Meeting are to advise the Commission Secretary in writing of their intention to do so, no later than Friday, October 26, 2007. 4. The deadlines for information requests, undertakings, responses, and comments on the TGVI 2007 Settlement Update Material are set out in the Regulatory Timetable attached as Appendix A to this Order.
