(“TGI”), Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”), and Terasen Gas Whistler (“TGW”), jointly “The Terasen Utilities,” for Approval to Amend its System Extension and Connection Policies BEFORE: A.J. Pullman, Commissioner September 20, 2007 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 31, 2007, pursuant to the Utilities Commission Act, TGI and TGVI (“Terasen”) jointly filed an application (“Application”) to amend the Terms and Conditions of each utility’s Tariff with respect to charges for system extensions and customer attachment and connections for TGI and TGVI; and B. Commission Order No. G-90-07 established the timetable for a written process to examine Terasen’s proposed amendments to their System Extension and Customer Connection Policies; and C. In Order No. G-90-07, the Commission asked that any parties intending to intervene in the written hearing process to review the Terasen System Extension and Customer Connection policies, provide the Commission with notice of its intent to intervene, and that a party wishing to file evidence in the proceedings should notify the Commission of its intent to do so by Friday, August 17, 2007; and D. In an August 17, 2007 letter to the Commission, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority indicated that it wished to reserve the right to file evidence, dependent on the responses from Terasen, to both scheduled rounds of information requests from the Commission and Intervenors; and . . ./2

On September 18, 2007, in the transmittal letter accompanying the responses to Commission Information Request No. 1, Terasen indicated that it was not able to meet the response deadline specifically for Questions 6.1 and 6.2, and advised the Commission that those responses would be provided by Monday, September 24, 2007. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the regulatory timetable for the proceeding is amended as per the attached Appendix “A”.
