Ellison Substation Project This will acknowledge receipt of your September 28, 2007 report regarding the alignment of Ellison Feeder 4 and requesting amendments to the filing dates of CPCN Order No. C-4-07. The Commission Panel has reviewed your request to amend the filing dates set out in the aforementioned Order, and amends Order No. C-4-07 as follows: Directive No. 2 on page 38 of the Reasons for Decision (Appendix B) is amended to read “FortisBC is directed to file a report on progress on the collaboration on and/or resolution of this matter by November 7, 2007.” Directive No. 3 on page 38 of the Reasons for Decision (Appendix B) is amended to read “Intervenor comments are to be submitted by November 15, 2007 and FortisBC reply by November 23, 2007.” Yours truly, Original signed by Erica M.
