V6C 3L2 Dear Mr. Webb: Re: Unocal Canada Limited Disposition of Interest in the Aitken Creek Storage Facility to Aitken Creek Gas Storage ULC Aitken Creek Gas Storage ULC Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Application and Application for an Exemption Order in respect of its Ownership and Operation of the Aitken Creek Storage Facility This is further to the Commissions letter dated November 28, 2007 and Order No. G-143-07 which established a written process for the Unocal Canada Limited (“Unocal”) Application for approval to transfer the Aitken Creek Storage Facility from Unocal to its wholly-owned direct subsidiary Aitken Creek Gas Storage ULC. By letter dated December 5, 2007, Unocal states that it intends to file further clarifying information requested by Commission staff by Thursday, December 6, 2007, and proposes a brief extension to submission filing dates. To accommodate Unocals submission of further information, the Commission hereby extends the dates for filing written submissions in this matter. Intervenors are to file written submissions of comment to the Commission, with a copy to Unocal, by Monday, December 10, 2007.
