(“Plateau”, “the Company”) Application for the Approval of 2007 and 2008 Western System Tolls By Order No. P-1-08, the Commission amended the Regulatory Agenda and Timetable to extend the deadline for Plateau to file its responses to Commission Information Request No. 2 and Intervenor Information Request No. 1 from January 30, 2008 to February 13, 2008. The Commission also approved Plateau’s suggested amendments to the Regulatory Agenda and Timetable with the dates adjusted to accommodate the requested two-week extension. On February 14, 2008, the Commission received the electronic transmission of Plateau’s responses to Commission Request No. 2 and Intervenor Information Requests No. 1. Plateau also informed the Commission that given the volume of documents requested by Husky and the courier time required for delivery from Calgary to Vancouver, it would require additional time to produce the hard copies. In view of the delays by Plateau, the Commission hereby extends the Regulatory Timetable and Agenda dates by one week. Please see the attached amended Regulatory Timetable.
