Vivian, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On December 12, 2007, Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen”), Terasen Gas Inc. Fort Nelson Service Area (“Terasen Fort Nelson”). Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) and Terasen Gas (Whistler) Inc. (“Terasen Whistler”) jointly filed an application (the “Application”) to revise its filed Gas Tariff pages to replace contact information that is no longer current; and B. The requested revisions are to be effective December 17, 2007 and involve location, postal code and contact information; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders, pursuant to Section 61(2) of the Utilities Commission Act, the requested revisions to the Gas Tariff pages of Terasen, Terasen Fort Nelson, TGVI and Terasen Whistler contained in the Application are approved as filed effective December 17, 2007.
