Kelsey, Commissioner P.E. Vivian, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 11, 2007 the Commission, by Letter No. L-59-07, accepted the 2007/08 Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) 2007/08 Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. By Order No. E-26-07, the Commission accepted the supply allocation between monthly and daily priced contracts as well as the monthly and daily market premiums for seasonal and peaking transactions for winter 2007/08; and C. On March 20, 2008, TGVI filed the remainder of the seasonal contracts for the period from April 2008 to October 2008; and C. The Commission has reviewed the TGVI filing and is satisfied that the supply allocation and the gas supply contract premiums are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commissions Energy Supply Contract - Rules, the Commission accepts the natural gas contracts shown in Appendix A to this Order.
