Amendment to Workshop and NSP Dates
Commission Order No. G-2-08 dated January 7, 2008 set out the regulatory timetable to review the ICBC
Regional Claim Centres Allocation Filing by Workshop and Negotiated Settlement Process (“NSP”) on
February 4, 5 and 6, 2008. It is necessary to re-schedule the dates of the Workshop and NSP. By this Letter the
amended Regulatory Timetable is as follows:
• ICBC is to hold a Workshop with respect to the Regional Claim Centres Allocation, commencing at
9:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2008, in the Commission’s Hearing Room on the 12
th
Floor,
1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C.
• A Negotiated Settlement Process with respect to the Regional Claim Centres Allocation will commence at
a time to be determined following the Workshop on Wednesday, February 20, 2008, in the Commission’s
Hearing Room on the 12
th
Floor, 1125 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. If necessary, the Negotiated
Settlement Process will continue on Thursday, February 21, 2008 and on Friday, February 22, 2008
commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the same location.
The other deadlines in the Regulatory Timetable contained in Appendix A to Order No. G-2-08 in regards to
information requests and responses remain unchanged.
