By letter dated February 20, 2008, Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) requested approval of a number of housekeeping changes to the Service Agreements for Rate Schedules 4, 5 and 6 and the Transportation Agreements for Rate Schedules 22, 22A, 22B, 23, 25 and 27 (the “Application”); and B. The proposed changes to the Service and Transportation Agreements will accommodate more customer information for the agreements; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Terasen Gas the changes to Service Agreements and Transportation Agreements as set out in the Application, effective February 18, 2008.
