(“FortisBC”) filed with the Commission certain Electricity Purchase Agreements (“EPAs”). The EPAs are listed in Appendix A to this Order and are more specifically identified in the Application; and B. In the Application, FortisBC requested that the Commission keep the EPAs and Application confidential; and C. The Commission has reviewed the EPAs related to these Agreements; and D. The Commission has considered the Application. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Act, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The EPAs that are set out in Appendix A to this Order are accepted for filing as amendments to Energy Supply Contracts. 2. The Commission will keep confidential the EPAs and Schedule A of the Application.
