Gas EDI Base Contract BEFORE: L.F. Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 16, 2008, by Letter No. L-27-08, the Commission accepted for Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) the 2008/09 Midstream Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. On June 17, 2008 Terasen Gas filed with the Commission a fully executed copy of a Gas EDI Base Contract with amendments called, “Standard Provisions of the Gas EDI contract for Short Term Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas General Terms and Conditions” negotiated between Terasen Gas and Iberdrola Canada Energy Services Ltd. (“Iberdrola”); and C. Terasen Gas uses the Gas EDI Base Contract dated October 26, 2000 for natural gas contracting. The Special Provisions for each gas transaction is confirmed via a deal sheet described in Section 9 of the Gas EDI Standard Contract; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Terasen Gas filing and is satisfied that the Special Provisions to the Gas EDI Base Contract for Short Term Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas between Iberdrola and Terasen Gas is consistent with the Annual Gas Contracting Plan.
