Kelsey, Commissioner P.E. Vivian, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 11, 2007 the Commission, by Letter No. L-58-07, accepted for Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) the 2007/08 Midstream Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. On October 19, 2007 by Order No. E-25-07, the Commission accepted Terasen Gas’ filing of gas supply contracts for the period November 1, 2007 to October 31, 2008; and C. On March 20, 2008 Terasen Gas filed with the Commission the remainder of the baseload and summer gas commodity contracts for the period April 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Terasen Gas filing and is satisfied that the gas supply contracts are consistent with the 2007/08 Midstream Annual Contracting Plan and are appropriate considering market prices at the time the contracts were negotiated. NOW THEREFORE the Commission accepts for filing pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Energy Supply Contract Rules, the March 20, 2008 Terasen Gas filing of natural gas supply contracts identified in Appendix A (attached) for the period April 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008.
