BEFORE: L.F. Kelsey, Commissioner P.E. Vivian, Commissioner A.A. Rhodes, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. By letter dated May 22, 2008 Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) submitted for Commission acceptance, pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act, an executed copy of a letter agreement between TGVI and Terasen Gas Inc. that will provide Firm Gas Storage Services to TGVI at the Aitken Creek Storage Facility (“Aitken Creek”) for a period of five years from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2013; and B. The Application is consistent with the Annual Gas Contracting Plan accepted by the Commission under Letter No. L-58-07; and C. The Commission has reviewed the filing and finds it to be in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission accepts for filing an executed copy of a letter agreement dated May 21, 2008 between Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. that provides Firm Gas Storage Services at the Aitken Creek Storage Facility for a period of five years from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2013. As requested by TGVI, the Commission will hold confidential the agreement described above.
