Please provide the audited financial statements for fiscal year ended August 31, 2008  and fiscal year ended August 31, 2009.    2. Please provide a report detailing the Working Capital and the Current Ratio of Current  Assets to Current Liabilities at the end of each quarter from August 31, 2008 to  August 31, 2009.                    …/2

The Chief Financial Officer must confirm that the financial information contained in the report was  prepared by management in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in Canada  and within the framework of the company’s significant accounting policies.    4.
