An Application by Toba Montrose General Partnership for approval

of Mitigation Plan required for compliance with Mandatory Reliability Standards

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.       Commission Order G-67-09 required entities subject to approved Mandatory Reliability Standards to file Mitigation Plans outlining how they plan to comply with standards with which they were not in compliance;

 

B.     Toba Montrose General Partnership filed its Mitigation Plan on June 30, 2010 with respect to standard FAC-003-1 R1, R2 and R3 (with a completion date of June 30, 2011 and subject to requirements of sections 5.2, 5.4, and 5.5 of the Compliance Monitoring Program);

 

C.     Following its review of the Mitigation Plan, the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) has recommended that it be accepted;

 

D.    The Commission accepts WECC’s recommendations.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 125.2 (10) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves the acceptance of the Mitigation Plan as identified above.
