IN THE MATTER OF

An Application by Tolko Industries Limited for approval of Mitigation Plans

required for compliance with Mandatory Reliability Standards

O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      Commission Order G-67-09 required entities subject to approved Mandatory Reliability Standards to file Mitigation Plans outlining how they plan to meet compliance with standards they were not in compliance with;

 

B.      On November 9, 2010, the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) recommended that Tolko Industries Limited requests for completion extensions for the following standards be approved:

 

FAC-008-1 R1 (Completion extension to December 6, 2010)

FAC-009-1 R1 (Completion extension to December 6, 2010);

 

C.      On July 14, 18 and 20, 2010, the WECC recommended mitigation plans for the following standards be dismissed:

 

EOP-004-1 R3

IRO-001-1.1 R3

IRO-001-1.1 R8

PRC-018-1 R1

 


 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 125.2 (10) of the Utilities Commission Act, the British Columbia Utilities Commission accepts the WECC recommendations and approves the mitigation plans for extensions and Dismissal as listed above.
