Mitigation Plan Filing Request for an Extension

 

Western Electricity Coordinating Council has forwarded to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) your email request of August 24, 2010 requesting an extension to your filing deadline for filing Mitigation Plans required by the Commission to September 30, 2010.

 

The Commission considers your reasons for requesting the extension to be reasonable and by this letter approves an extension to your filing deadline to September 30, 2010.
