Dear Ms. Khan:
Re: An Application by Shaw Cablesystems Limited
and
Shaw Business Solutions Inc. (Shaw)
to continue to use FortisBC Inc.’s Transmission Facilities
Further to your letter dated June 17, 2010 whereby the British Columbia Old Age Pensioners’ Organization et al. (BCOAPO) requested an extension of the deadline to file Information Requests (IRs) from June 22, 2010 to June 24, 2010, the Commission Panel grants the request.
The Commission Panel notes that the deadline for Shaw to file its responses to the first round of IRs was extended and agrees that the requested extension follows. The Commission Panel also notes the consent of counsel for Shaw.
Accordingly, the date for the submission of IRs from the BCOAPO will be moved to Thursday, June 24, 2010. Any other party seeking the same extension may have it, without the necessity of applying separately. The Regulatory Timetable for the matter will be amended to reflect this change.
Yours truly,
