This will acknowledge receipt of your August 31, 2010 letter (Exhibit B-11) requesting a further extension of the regulatory process until October 4, 2010, in order to complete its filings in response to the Commission’s Information Request No. 2 previously due on August 30, 2010.

 

The Commission considers your reasons for requesting the extension to be reasonable and by this letter approves an extension to your filing deadline up to October 4, 2010 with the expectation that an agreement among the parties is possible.

 

The Commission will amend the Regulatory Timetable, as required, after Monday, October 4, 2010.
