Re:  British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority

Transmission Service Rates Customer Baseline Load F2009 and F2010 Application

 

On December 21, 2009, BC Hydro applied to the Commission for approval of a new set of Customer Baseline (CBL) Determination Guidelines for industrial customers receiving power under the Transmission Service Rate schedule (RS1823).  Following review of the application, the Commission issued Order G-16-10 approving the Guidelines. 

 

Order G-16-10 included a directive that the new CBL Guidelines would take effect subject to Commission approval of a revised RS1823 Tariff.  On March 8, 2010, BC Hydro submitted a revised version of RS1823. 

 

The Commission determines that the revised RS1823 fulfills the directive described in Order G-16-10.  Please find attached signed copy of RS1823 for inclusion in the BC Hydro Tariff.
