Large General Service (LGS) Rate Application

Negotiated Settlement Process – Commission Order G-110-10

______________Filing of LGS Tariff pages_______________

 

The Commission has reviewed the letter from British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) dated July 20, 2010 requesting a change in the date for the compliance filing of the LGS tariff pages as set out in Directive No. 2 of Order G-110-10.  BC Hydro is requesting that the tariff filing date be extended from July 29, 2010 to no later than August 28, 2010.

 

The Commission notes that the original filing date, 30 days from the date of the Order, was established upon advice by BC Hydro’s regulatory department staff.  The Commission acknowledges the difficulties cited by BC Hydro in its July 20, 2010 letter and accepts the filing date proposed in its letter.
