Participant Assistance/Cost Award Amendment

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.        On December 14, 2010 the British Columbia Utilities Commission (the Commission) issued Order F-31-10 awarding funds to participants in the proceeding;

B.         On January 14, 2011 Mr. Andy Shadrack informed the Commission that his PACA award was calculated using non‑current rates for mileage and meals;

C.         The Commission has reviewed Mr. Shadrack’s application and the current reimbursement rates and has concluded that his participant award should be amended.

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to Mr. Shadrack of $1,730.02.  This amount replaces the award directed in Order F-31-10.
