O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On October 19, 2011, FortisBC Energy Inc (FEI) filed with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) a draft of a Transportation Agreement Extension between Northwest Pipeline GP (NWP) and FEI (the Agreement);

 

B.       FEI has requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature;

 

C.       The Commission has reviewed the FEI filing and is satisfied that the Agreement should be accepted.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts the Transportation Agreement Extension between Northwest Pipeline GP and FortisBC Energy Inc., and directs FEI to file an executed copy of the agreement.  The Commission will keep confidential the filing and associated documents identified in this Order.
