O R D E R
WHEREAS:
A. By Order G-62-10 dated April 1, 2010, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved for Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. (Corix) a Propane Annual Contracting Plan for Panorama Mountain Resort (Panorama);
B. By Order E-1-11 dated January 7, 2011, the Commission accepted the Propane Fuel and Equipment Supply Contract and Fixed Price Rider as energy supply contracts in effect from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011;
C. Pursuant to the Annual Contracting Plan, Corix seeks to renew its Supply Contract with the current propane and equipment service provider for a second one-year term;
D. By Order G-42-11 dated March 10, 2011, the Commission approved for Corix a Gas Cost Recovery Charge of $20.180 per gigajoule for propane service at Panorama, effective April 1, 2011;
E. On March 29, 2011, Corix filed an Updated Supply Agreement with Superior Propane for Propane Delivery Service for Panorama Mountain Village for the period of April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012;
F. Corix requests that the Updated Supply Agreement be held confidential because of the commercial sensitivity of the information;
G. The Commission has reviewed the submissions by Corix, and has determined that the filed Panorama propane supply arrangements are appropriate and in the public interest.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission accepts the Updated Supply Agreement as an energy supply contract. The Commission will keep confidential the energy supply contract and related information filed by Corix.
