For Approval of the IGI Resources Redelivery Agreement

O R D E R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.      On August 26, 2010, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) by Letter L-62-10 accepted the FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) 2010/11 Annual Contracting Plan;

 

B.      On July 29, 2011, FEI filed with the Commission an executed copy of the IGI Resources Redelivery Agreement between FEI and IGI Resources Inc. (the Agreement);

 

C.      On August 9, 2011, FEI resubmitted the Agreement correcting an error in the cover letter outlining the commencement date of the Agreement in paragraph (1)a and (1)b;

 

D.      The Commission has reviewed the FEI filing and is satisfied that the Agreement should be accepted;

 

E.       FEI has requested that the filing and associated documents remain confidential due to their commercially sensitive nature.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71 of the of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Rules for Natural Gas Energy Supply Contracts, the Commission accepts for filing the IGI Resources Redelivery Agreement between FortisBC Energy Inc. and IGI Resources Inc.  The Commission will keep confidential the filing and associated documents identified in this Order.
