O R D E R

WHEREAS:

A.    On October 12, 2011, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) filed, pursuant to sections 58 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, its New Westminster Substation Operating Agreement Application (Application) with the British Columbia Utilities Commission (the Commission) requesting approval of the Operating Agreement as Tariff Supplement No. 79;

B.    On October 24, 2011, BC Hydro filed an amended application correcting the Tariff Supplement reference from 79 to 83;

C.    In its Application BC Hydro proposes a written review process;

D.    The Commission has reviewed the Application and considers that a regulatory timetable should be established.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows:

1.       BC Hydro is directed to provide a copy of the Application and this Order to the stakeholders listed on page two of the Cover Letter to the Application, and to the City of New Westminster.

2.       The Regulatory Timetable is set out as follows:
