F2012 to F2014 Revenue Requirements Application
In response to BC Hydro’s submissions dated April 8, 2011 and April 11, 2011 and to Intervener submissions received by the Commission on or before April 13, 2011, the Commission Panel wishes to clarify to the parties that the Procedural Conference scheduled for April 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. will take place as set out in the Amended Regulatory Timetable issued in Commission Letter L-25-11 (Exhibit A-7).
Further to BC Hydro’s submission dated April 8, 2011 (Exhibit B-5), the Commission Panel wishes to inform BC Hydro that its request for an opportunity to respond in writing to Intervener submissions by Friday, April 15, 2011 is granted.
Finally in regards to BC Hydro’s request for confirmation regarding current interim rates, the Commission Panel wishes to clarify that Order G-61-11 was not intended to affect the continuation of the deferral account rate rider (DARR) at 2.5% on an interim and refundable basis.
