Dear Mr. Wallace:

Re:  British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority

Tappenvale Farm Stray Voltage Complaint

The British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) writes in response to your January 26, 2011 request (and confirmed in your February 3, 2011 letter) for an indefinite suspension of the regulatory process in this matter.  Since both parties are in agreement (as confirmed by BC Hydro’s January 26, 2011 letter to the Commission), an indefinite suspension of the Regulatory Schedule as set out in Commission Letter L-104-10 is granted.

The Commission understands the parties will issue a joint report on the outcome of the discussions by Thursday, March 31, 2011.  The report should include the next steps expected of the Commission in order to resolve the Complaint.

                                                                                                                                  Yours truly,

                                                                                                                                  Erica M. Hamilton
