WHEREAS:

B.    ICBC is proposing the following seven housekeeping amendments to multiple sections of the Tariff:

         “Short term certificate” definition (Section 1, Definitions on page 3, part (c) of the definition)

         “Isolated Community” definition (Schedule B, Vehicle Rate Classes on pages 2 and 36)

         Schedule reference Section 2.H.1 (Basic Insurance Premiums,  Refunds on Cancellations on page 34)

         Rate Classes 003 and 004 vehicle use tables (Rate Class 003 in Schedule B on page 27, Rate Class 004 in Schedule B on page 30)

         “U-drive” definition (Schedule B on page 37)

         Clarification to Taxi and Limousine Rate Class 690 (Territory D, in Schedule B on page 67);

C.    ICBC submits that the proposed Tariff amendments are all very minor in scope with no anticipated impacts on Basic insurance rates or customers;

D.    Subsequent to the Application, ICBC filed its errata to the proposed Tariff amendments (Amended Application); and

E.    The Commission has considered the Amended Application and finds its approval is warranted.

NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves ICBC’s Amended Application of the seven housekeeping amendments to the Basic Insurance Tariff, effective January 1, 2012.
