O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.       Commission Order G-67-09 required Entities, subject to approved Mandatory Reliability Standards, to file Mitigation Plans outlining how they plan to meet compliance with standards they were not in compliance with;

 

B.       On February 3, 2011, the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) recommended that the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approve the following Mitigation Plan (MP) for Tolko Industries Limited:

 

PRC-001-1 R1 (Acceptance of Revised Mitigation Plan and Completion extension to December 31, 2010)

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 125.2 (10) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission accepts the WECC recommendations and approves the mitigation plan as listed above.
