Further to your November 30, 2010 filing of the 2011 Revenue Requirements Application, pursuant to Commission Order G-183-10, and in consideration of Intervener comments, enclosed is the Regulatory Timetable confirming the use of a Negotiated Settlement Process for this Application.

 

In addition to the above noted revenue requirements application, on January 17, 2011, PNG filed its Consolidated Gas Sales Tariff Application, pursuant to Commission Order G-8-11.  In consideration of Intervener comments, enclosed please find the Regulatory Timetable confirming the use of a Written Process for this Application.
