This letter is in response to your August 31, 2011 letter notifying the Commission of an additional filing delay for the revised Gas Supply Mitigation Incentive Program (GSMIP) Plan application.

 

The Commission intends the date for filing the revised GSMIP application including the Term Sheet and Definitions, to be Monday, September 12, 2011.
