2011 Revenue Requirements Application

 

On February 22, 2011, Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. [PNG (N.E.)] filed a request with the Commission to amend PNG (N.E.)’s Regulatory Timetable as approved in Order G-9-11.  PNG (N.E.) has requested to extend the information response date from February 28, 2011 to March 7, 2011 and also recommended that the date for Interveners to comment on the regulatory process be extended to March 8, 2011.

 

The Interveners have confirmed their willingness to accommodate PNG (N.E.)’s request; thereby, the Commission approves PNG (N.E.)’s request and amends the Regulatory Timetable attached as Appendix A to this letter.
