F2012 to F2014 Revenue Requirements Application
Further to British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority’s (BC Hydro) letter dated March 31, 2011 requesting changes to the Amended Regulatory Timetable for the F2012 to F2014 Revenue Requirements Application (RRA) established by Commission Order G-61-11, the Commission Panel has approved an extension to the timetable in accordance with the table below.
The Commission Panel has established the Revised Amended Regulatory Timetable on the basis of BC Hydro’s advice that it does not anticipate being in a position to provide further clarity on the Government’s planned review of its proposed rate increases by April 1, 2011, the date originally proposed for BC Hydro to file submissions on the expected breadth and potential impacts of the Government review. The dates are extended somewhat beyond the dates BC Hydro requested in order to accommodate the schedules of the Panel members.
