Further to your letter dated April 5, 2011 requesting the Commission to continue the suspension of the proceeding of the above-noted Complaint until September 30, 2011, the Commission hereby grants your request.

 

The Commission further requests that both parties agree on an action plan to bring this matter to a close.  This report is also to be submitted by September 30, 2011.
