for Approval of Updated Tariff Supplement Number 4(ii) – Wholesale Service Agreement with the City of Kelowna

O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On June 14, 2012, Fortis BC Inc. (FortisBC) filed an update to Tariff Supplement Number 4(ii) – the Wholesale Agreement for Service to the City of Kelowna (New Agreement) under Rate Schedule 40 Wholesale Service – Primary for British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approval;

 

B.       The Agreement is a duly executed replacement of the predecessor agreement contained in FortisBC’s Electric Tariff Supplement No. 1, Tab 4 (ii) ) (Predecessor Agreement);

 

C.       By Order G-146-12 dated October 11, 2012, the Commission approved the New Agreement on the condition that FortisBC and the City of Kelowna amend the New Agreement by changing the power factor requirement in Clause 6.10 from 90 percent to 95 percent and FortisBC was directed to file the amended New Agreement within 30 days of the date of the Order.

 

D.       On November 9, 2012, FortisBC filed a request for extension to file the amended New Agreement with the City of Kelowna.

 

NOW THEREFORE the Commission amends the date for filing the amended New Agreement with the City of Kelowna from November 12, 2012, to on or before December 14, 202.
