for the Dawson Creek/Chetwynd Area Transmission Project
Further to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) letter dated April 11, 2012, which lifted the temporary suspension of the Dawson Creek/Chetwynd Area Transmission (DCAT) Project, the Commission Panel wishes to provide an agenda in advance of the upcoming Procedural Conference that is scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission’s Hearing Room at 1125 Howe Street, Twelfth Floor. (Exhibit A-26)
The Procedural Conference is required to address procedural matters that will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
i. Scope of the review of the DCAT CPCN Application;
ii. Remaining significant issues after receipt of the Supplemental Evidence (Exhibit B-22) and Updates to the Application submitted by BC Hydro;
iii. Status of the Commission Panel and Round 3 Information Requests (IRs)
- Out of scope IRs
- In-scope IRs that BC Hydro believes have been answered or are no longer relevant
- Contentious IRs;
iv. Oral vs. written hearing;
v. Draft Revised Regulatory Timetable attached as Appendix A (If oral hearing is not required, dates for Final Submissions can be advanced); and
vi. Other matters.
