District of Summerland, City of Grand Forks and the Corporation of the City of Nelson
Commission Letter-59-12

 

This will acknowledge receipt of FortisBC Inc.’s November 9, 2012 letter requesting an extension to the date FortisBC is required to file a report on the status of the Wholesale Service Agreements for the City of Penticton, the District of Summerland, the City of Grand Forks, and the Corporation of the City of Nelson, as directed in Letter L-59-12.

 

The Commission has reviewed FortisBC Inc.’s letter and has determined that it is reasonable to extend the filing date to no later than December 14, 2012, as requested.
