Request for Extension to the Filing Date for Intervener, Customer and Interested Party

Comments on FortisBC’s April 13, 2012 Compliance Filing to Order G-188-11

 

Further to Ministry of Energy and Mines’ letter dated May 17, 2012 (Exhibit C2-1) requesting a one month extension to the filing date for intervener, customer and interested party comments on FortisBC’s April 13, 2012, Compliance Filing to Order G-188-11, the Commission accepts that an extension to the timetable is warranted.  The Commission sets the revised Regulatory Timetable in the table below:
