Re:  FortisBC Energy Inc.

Biomethane Service Offering: Post Implementation Report and

Application for Approval for the Continuation and

Modification of the Biomethane Program on a Permanent Basis –

British Columbia Utilities Commission Order G-194-10 Compliance Filing

 

This will acknowledge receipt of FortisBC Energy Inc.’s (FEI) December 12, 2012 letter providing notice that FEI will not meet the filing deadline set out in Columbia Utilities Commission Order G-194-10 for FEI’s Biomethane Service Offering Post Implementation Report as required “within 2 years of the date” of Order G-194-10.  In FEI’s letter FEI indicates that it expects to file the Post Implementation Report and related application on or before December 21, 2012.

 

The Commission has reviewed FEI’s letter and determined that it is reasonable to extend the filing date to no later than December 21, 2012.
