Re:  British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority

Request for an Extension to the Filing Date for the

F2012 Annual Financial Report to the British Columbia Utilities Commission

 

This will acknowledge receipt of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority’s (BC Hydro) July 17, 2012 letter requesting an extension to the filing date of BC Hydro’s F2012 Annual Financial Report from July 31, 2012, as ordered by Letter L-36-94, to no later than October 31, 2012.

 

The British Columbia Utilities Commission has reviewed BC Hydro’s letter and has determined that it is reasonable to extend the filing date from July 31, 2012 to no later than October 31, 2012.
