O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.       The British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved the renewal of MXenergy’s Gas Marketer Licence, subject to conditions, by Commission Order A-27-12 on October 25, 2012;

B.       On March 27, 2013, MXenergy applied to the Commission to terminate Gas Marketer Licence A-27-12.  MXenergy confirmed they have no active customers or future enrollments.  FortisBC Energy Inc. confirmed there are no gas supply issues or considerations with respect to terminating MXenergy’s licence;

C.       The Commission is not aware of any current complaints or disputes against MXenergy;

D.       The Commission has reviewed MXenergy’s application and determines approval is warranted.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE pursuant to section 71.1(6) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves the termination of MXenergy’s Gas Marketer Licence A-27-12, effective immediately.
