O  R  D  E  R

 

WHEREAS:

 

A.       On October 7, 2013, Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (PNG(N.E.)) filed an application (Application) to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) under section 39 of the Utilities Commission Act (the Act) to enter into the Air Liquide 2013 Temporary Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Supply Agreement (2013 Temp CNG SA) for the period September 2013 through December 2013;

B.       PNG(N.E.) submits that under the terms of the 2013 Temp CNG Air Liquide SA, as set out in the Application, Air Liquide has agreed to reimburse PNG(N.E.) for all incremental costs incurred to provide the temporary CNG service;

C.       The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that the requested approval is warranted.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to sections 39, 60 and 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves the Application by PNG(N.E.) to enter into the Air Liquide 2013 Temporary Compressed Natural Gas Supply Agreement, as set out in the Application, for the period of September 2013 through December 2013.
