Dear Mr. Hill:
Re: An Inquiry into FortisBC Energy Inc.
Project No. 3698635/Order G-95-11
Regarding the Offering of Products and Services in
Alternative Energy Solutions and Other New Initiatives
______Late Evidence from Ferus Inc., LNG Division______
On December 2, 2011 Ferus Inc., LNG Division (Ferus LNG) sought leave to file late evidence on the issue of FortisBC’s LNG initiatives. Ferus LNG proposes that Information Requests on its evidence be due by December 19, 2011. Ferus LNG will respond to Information Requests on its evidence by December 23, 2011, the same date as other Interveners responding to Information Requests on their evidence. This will minimize any effect on the existing Regulatory Timetable.
The Commission accepts the evidence filed by Ferus LNG. The Commission finds that the proposed timetable for Information Requests on the Ferus LNG evidence is acceptable. By this Letter L-91-11, the Commission amends the Regulatory Timetable contained in Order G-164-11 to allow for Information Requests to Ferus LNG on its evidence. Ferus LNG will respond to Information Requests according to the Regulatory Timetable set out in Order G-164-11.
ACTION DATE (2011)
Commission and Interveners Information Request No. 1 to Ferus LNG Monday, December 19
Ferus LNG Response to Information Request No. 1 Friday, December 23
Yours truly,
Alanna Gillis
