O  R  D  E  R

WHEREAS:

A.      By Orders G-205-13, G-206-13, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) established Amended Regulatory Timetables for review of the Applications by FortisBC Inc. (FBC) and FortisBC Energy Inc. (FEI) for approval of Multi-Year Performance Based Ratemaking Plans for the years 2014 through 2018;

 

B.      On December 13, 2013, FEI submitted an Errata to the Application, Appendix D2, Total Productivity Factor Report;

C.      On December 16, 2013, the Commercial Energy Consumers Association of BC (CEC) requested an extension of the time to submit Intervener evidence from Wednesday, December 18, 2013 to Monday, December 23, 2013;

D.      On December 16, 2013, B.C. Sustainable Energy Association and Sierra Club of British Columbia (BCSEA) also requested an extension of the time to submit Intervener evidence from Wednesday, December 18, 2013 to Thursday, December 19, 2013;

E.       On December 17, 2013, FBC/FEI submitted a letter supporting CEC’s request for extension on the filing of Intervener Evidence, considering CEC’s suggestion that subsequent dates be shifted accordingly; and

F.       The Commission considers that further amendments to the Regulatory Timetable are necessary.

 

NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows:

1.       The CEC’s request to extend the date for the filing of CEC Intervener Evidence to Monday, December 23, 2013 is not approved.  The date for the filing of Intervener Evidence is amended to Friday, December 20, 2013 and the regulatory timetable is revised up to the Response to Information Request No. 2 on Intervener Evidence.  The Amended Regulatory Timetable is included as Appendix A to this Order.

2.       The Commission requests FBC / FEI to indicate to the Commission by Monday, January 6, 2014, whether it intends to file Rebuttal Evidence.  

3.       The Commission further requests that all parties make submissions regarding the remainder of the regulatory timetable.  Submissions by all parties are to be filed with the Commission by Monday, January 13, 2014.
