In response to letters received from BC Hydro and Tolko Industries Ltd., both dated February 14, 2013, the Commission Panel agrees with the procedural requests and will hear submissions from all parties at the beginning of the oral hearing on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, on whether the issues raised by Zellstoff Celgar Limited Partnership regarding Tolko Industries’ Generation Baseline (GBL) are within the scope of this proceeding.
