2013 Revenue Requirements Application

 

British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Order G-4-13 established an Amended Preliminary Regulatory Timetable for the review of the Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (PNG(N.E.)) 2013 Revenue Requirements Application.  The Order set the filing deadline for Intervener submissions on the regulatory process at February 27, 2013.

 

By way of letter dated February 26, 2013 the British Columbia Pensioners’ and Seniors’ Organization et al. (BCPSO) provided submissions on the regulatory process (Exhibit C1-6).  BCPSO submits in Exhibit C1-6 that they do not support a negotiated settlement process and suggest a written hearing process.

 

The Commission Panel seeks written comments from PNG on BCPSO’s submissions on the regulatory process by
March 11, 2013.
