                                                                           Exhibit A-7

Ms. Janet P. Kennedy

Vice-President, Regulatory Affairs & Gas Supply

Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.

Vancouver, BC   V6E 4E6

Dear Ms. Kennedy:

Re:  Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.

Project No. 3698698/Order G-193-12

2013 Revenue Requirements Application

British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) Orders G-3-13 and G-4-13 established Amended Preliminary Regulatory Timetables for the review of the Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) and Pacific Northern Gas(N.E.) Ltd. (PNG(N.E.))
2013 Revenue Requirements Applications, respectively.  Both Orders set the Updated Application filing deadline at
February 28, 2013.

By way of letter dated February 28, 2013, PNG requested an extension to the Updated Application filing deadline for both PNG and PNG(N.E.) to March 4, 2013.  The Commission Panel has reviewed PNG’s request and accepts the extension request as reasonable.

The Commission Panel seeks written comments from Interveners by March 4, 2013 as to whether a Further Amended Preliminary Regulatory Timetable is required for PNG and/or PNG(N.E.) due to the extension of the filing deadline for the Updated Application to March 4, 2013.

                                                                                                                                Yours truly,
