O R D E R

WHEREAS:

 

A.      By Order G-17-13, dated February 2, 2013, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) further Amended the Regulatory Timetable for the FortisBC Inc. Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project (Proceeding);

 

B.      By Order G-24-13, dated February 13, 2013, the Commission allowed a limited additional Information Request process on the financial impacts of addendum Exhibits B-1-2, B-1-3 and B-1-4;

 

C.      On March 28, 2013, according to the Regulatory Timetable, FortisBC Inc. submitted by electronic mail its Final Submissions to the Commission with a copy to all Interveners in the Proceeding;

 

D.      Due to the holiday weekend immediately following the submission, the Final Submission was not posted on the Commission website until April 3, 2013 and delivery of hardcopies from FortisBC was delayed;

 

E.       On April 3, 2013, Mr. Shadrack submitted a request for a one week extension to file Intervener Final Written Submissions citing the volume and legal aspects of the FortisBC Inc. Final Submission and delay in receiving hard copies;

 

F.       On April 3, 2013, Mr. Aaron also requested an extension to file Final Written Submissions, citing the delay in receipt of FortisBC Inc. materials;

 

G.     On April 5, 2013, FortisBC Inc. submitted an email stating it did not object to an extension, provided FortisBC’s deadline to file its Reply Submission be extended accordingly;

 

H.      The Commission Panel has considered the submissions and determines that an extension as requested should be granted.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE, the Commission orders that Regulatory Timetable is further amended according to the attached Appendix A to this Order.
